We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TPRM trainer– Learning and Education
Role Purpose:
· The Learning and Education team within GTPM Hub is responsible for delivering technical training and ensuring continuous learning and development for GTPM Hub Operations.
· Responsible for working with internal stakeholders (e.g., Change and Design, Hub SME) to develop and execute a broad-based learning and development strategy for Case Manager and Quality Control teams across five Hub locations.
· The Hub Trainer (Facilitator) will work on development of content for New Hire, BAU, refresher and continuous learning initiatives. They will need to display core subject expertise in the process of Third-Party Management.
· Support training initiatives for tactical business/process learning solutions to meet staff capability needs in line with the strategy. The GTPM Hub Education Trainer (Facilitator) will be largely involved in delivering process training, developing the trainers to the needed level of domain expertise.
Main Activities:
· Act as the main contact in each of the GTPM Hub site to provide training and coaching to Hub new joiners before they move into operation.
· Maintain a certain level of the existing CM/QC routine work.
· Lead the Training Workstream in each of the Hub site and closely work with the HR L&D to support the continuous learning for GTPM Hub colleagues.
· Provides administrative support to the Hub learning activities (e.g., Hub clinics, Risk Dep program)
· Review the new joiner assessments and ensure they are updated and maintain the e-learning platform.
· Support SME team on different initiatives (e.g., thematic review)
· Maintain the trainings records and relevant data always updated on the learning platform.
Requirements
· Minimum 18 months relevant experience in the GTPM Hub.
· Background in Learning and Development/Training Environment, and experience in training techniques, methods, and evaluation is preferable.
· Ability to explain technical aspects in simple way to various types of learners such as new hires and existing learners.
· Strong communication and presentation skills required with excellent planning and organisational skills.
· The role requires excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the role holder required to liaise and coordinate with Operations management and team members across multiple sites.
· Should be a Team Player and collaborate with various teams across the multiple sites.
· Ability to provide constructive feedback.
· Ability to maintain control, direction, and motivation in an ever-changing environment.
