We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an TPSA Sales Manager .

Principal Accountabilities

Impact on the Business

·  Achieve or exceed the performance expectation and KPIs 
·  Increase the market share and penetration of target product and services
·  Support the development and launch of new products and services by providing market feedback and customer insights
·  Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management
Customers / Stakeholders

·  Ensure customer satisfaction
·  Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
·  Understand customer needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions
·  Critical channel for the organic and fairly aggressive growth of the target customer segment in Vietnam 

Leadership & Teamwork

·  Take part in hiring process
·  Lead and motivate the sales agent team to achieve PE & KPIs
·  Provide coaching and feedback to sales agents to improve their skills and performance
·  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team
·  Communicate effectively with the management, admin team, operation team, underwriting team, product team, marketing team, customer experience team… by providing timely and relevant information, reports, feedback, and suggestions.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

·  Establish and manage operational excellence & customer service, including (but not exhaustive) operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation & control, loss identification and reporting. This is aimed to protect the brand integrity and image.
·  Remains compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines. Ensures strict compliance with government banking regulations. Timely implement internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications 

Knowledge/Experience

·  Experience of managing Sales team of more than 6-10 + FTE in retail segment in banking or FMCG.
·  Proven ability in sales team leadership, people and resource management
·  In depth understanding of products and operational procedures 
·  Knowledge and understanding of relevant risk / compliance / audit standards
·  Banking knowledge about RBWM products would be added advantage

·  Ability to strategies and plan for Team. Ability to forecast and manage sales resources for achieving business objectives.
