We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Testing Analyst 

 

Role Purpose:

Join our innovative and dynamic team at Global Payments Solutions (GPS) as a Testing Manager, Client Integration, within our Client Implementation & Integration team. At HSBC, our GPS Client Implementation & Integration team is dedicated to enhancing client experiences and driving growth through seamlessly onboarding our cutting-edge Global Payments and Liquidity Solutions.

 

The role of a Testing Manager, Client Integration, is critical to ensure the technical aspects of a project align with the business objectives and that the resulting solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Main Activities:

·  Develop effective communication with stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the integration process.
·  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Net Promoter Score, providing valuable feedback.
·  Communicate with stakeholders at a regional level; ensure effective internal and external communication with the sharing of project status, risks, and issues.
·  Serve as a liaison between Client Service and other stakeholders, including Sales – FIG / Corporate / CMB, GB Global Management, and CMB Regional Teams.
·  Manage a varied portfolio of regional integration projects.
·  Drive project timelines to achieve optimal time to revenue, focusing on high revenue/strategic clients.
·  An understanding of HSBC Digital channels and underlying systems and processes is desirable.
·  An understanding of Payment Types regionally and global awareness is desirable.
·  An understanding of the various industry standard formats (including ISO20022), testing processes, and methodologies is desirable.
·  An understanding of key industry changes, with specific reference to Swift MT to MX (ISO) migration and the requirements and impact on our client base (Corporate & FIG) is desirable.

Requirements

·  Manage multiple client integration intermediate-level projects to onboard clients to HSBC Digital Channels (HSBCnet, Treasury API, H2H, and SwiftNet).
·  Provide regular updates on progress with your project stakeholders.
·  Proactively identify and highlight potential technical blockers that may affect a successful implementation to maintain a seamless customer experience.
·  Keep on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in payment regulations to support your technical testing knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
·  Employ logical problem-solving skills to satisfy both the client and the Bank.
·  Support strategic priorities of the GPS business, promoting a positive culture.

·  A track record of gaining and understanding customers’ needs and delivering excellent customer service.
·  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to be delivered to both customers and internal stakeholders.
·  Good problem-solving skills to resolve issues to both the client’s and the Bank’s satisfaction. Identifying roadblocks and taking required actions to resolve them.
