The jobholder is responsible for supporting Head of BCIM MX & LAM:
· Ensure functional BC Plans for GM are in place to run the Bank in case of contingency.
· Crisis and Incident Management for Mexico & LAM.
· Business Continuity and Incident Management Global and Local projects.
· Information Security Officer for SPEI – SPID
· Oversight BCIM SPEI – SPID BCIM and control activities.
· Responsible to attend Banxico SPEI – SPID audits and reviews.
· BCIM BIIR Operational Risk Responsible.
· Implementation of BCIM framework for LAM Region based on Global procedures, regulatory requirements and International Best Practices (templates, policies and procedures).
· Validate BIIR controls are in compliance with Global procedures within the Region.
· Point of contact with Key Stakeholders for any topic related with BCIM program in LAM Region.
· Ensure that the Business Continuity Program complies with Group Policies, regulatory requirements and International Best Practices.
· Coordination and implementation of key global and local BCIM projects.
· Deputy of BCIM LAM Head.
Requirements
The jobholder would require strong BCIM domain knowledge (SME / Subject Matter Expert) as the scope of this job includes evaluating best practices internal & external to HSBC. Key objectives include:
· BCIM Program Implementation
· Continuity & Crisis Management
· Business Support, MI & Reporting
· Project implementation
· SPEI – SPID Information Security Officer
