We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

Business:  Wholesale Technology

Principal responsibilities

·  Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful infrastructure project delivery to align with the platform architecture roadmap.
·  Develop automation scripts, like Ansible playbook, Shell Script, Python script, Jenkins pipeline to maintain/uplift the Connect-Digital platform.
·  Maintain and uplift the Connect-Digital platform, including the Linux Server, vendor product and in-house utilities throughout the life-cycle from PoC, certification through to patching, evergreening and retirement.
·  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any infrastructure/platform issue for the platform users, like other functional project delivery team.

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or a related field.
·  Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
·  Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
·  Experience with tooling such as GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins.
·  Experience with Linux administration and scripting languages such as, Shell script, Python, YAML (Ansible), etc.
·  Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD adoption.
·  Knowledge of dashboarding tools Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.
·  Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, MongoDB or Java is a plus.
