We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:  

·       Lead the business automation technology and bank wide operation transformation programme.

·       Ensure stewardship of DBS operations service management and digitising operational journey across the bank.

·       Oversee DBS operations Bow to achieve delivery commitments to time, cost, quality and expected benefit whilst ensuring balanced risk and financial management.

·       Engage with global GB/GF IT teams to share best practices and integrate advanced technical solution across the organization.

·       Build up relationship with DBS operations to align automation strategic and understand operational pain point.

·       Foster culture of innovation across the global team to embrace benefit the customer and company.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge

·  Extensive knowledge in business automation technology and operation transformation strategy.
·  Demonstrated project management in financial technology and banking domain.

 

Experience

·  Demonstrated experience in bank wide operation transformation programme delivery.
·  Advanced risk management capabilities, with a strategic approach to balancing risk and project outcomes.
·  Deep understanding of IT software, hardware, networks, security and operations.
·  Outstanding communication, leadership, and team development skills across GBGF IT team.
·  Exceptional engagement and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

·  Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
·  Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
·  Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks.
·  Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
·  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
