We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of   Senior Software Engineering Manager.

Business: Markets & Sec Services IT

Principal responsibilities

·  Implement & support MSS & Group IT controls
·  Direct & support system service owners on the IT controls implementation and maintenance
·  Track adherence to the IT control framework
·  Track control targets and  support teams remediate any noncompliance to targets
·  Chair monthly risk forum and produce relevant material for Fund Administration & Transfer Agency IT risk committee
·  Support internal audits across Fund Administration & Transfer Agency IT systems
·  Support ISAE3402 audit across Fund Administration & Transfer Agency systems
·  Provide oversight and support of SaaS service risks.
·  Monitor internal 3rd parties risk management system Archer to ensure all actions/tasks are progressed within SLA’s
·  Provide input regarding Fund Administration and Transfer Agency risks to central Risk & Control teams
·  Attend central monthly Risk & Control forums
·  Develop & provide training to system service owners on any new controls introduced via MSS or Group
·  Monitor & Track remediation for all audit issues raised against Fund Administration & Transfer Agency systems

Requirements

·  Strong experience working in Financial Services industry, minimum 3 years
·  Strong experience working IT control functions, minimum 3 years
·  Strong working knowledge of Fund Admin & Transfer Agency Services
·  Experience working with Audits, Soc2, ISAE3402 and cyber security
·  Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
·  Able to work in pressurized environment, manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time
·  Degree in related field or commensurate practical experience
