As the Senior Commercialization Manager you will manage, design and execute new to bank growth strategies across a HSBC banked and non-banked clients through introduction of our global value proposition, new products / solutions and through collaboration across HSBC to deliver the best possible outcomes for HSBC and our clients.  You will be developing broad based and focused commercialization strategies that will deliver revenue and spend growth across our client and banking portfolio. 

As our Senior Commercialization Manager you will:

·  Work closely in partnership with Treasury/GPS Sales and Banking partners focusing on revenue expansion and revenue realization through cross sell opportunities and new leads that come in through various sources

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $128,100.00 and $175,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

·  An expert in client facing commercial cards Sales/Consulting experience

·  A proven history and ability to generate new-to-bank commerical card clients as well as close new card programs from existing banked HSBC clients

·  Must be able to operate at the executive level across regions and global businesses, both internally at HSBC and with the client

·  A working knowledge of commercial card products and market trends is essential

·  Subject Matter Expertise in card processing systems as they relate to Commercial Cards and experience of leading and managing complex global projects in the cards industry is desireable

·  MS proficiency including Excel, for business and client analysis, as well as Word and Powerpoint for business and client reviews

·  MBA, or Bachelors in Finance or Accounting preffered, or equivalent experience in a Commercial Card environment

·  Advanced problem solving skills

·  Time Management and Organizational Skills

·  Commitment to working with global clients and participating in discussions across various timezones outside of normal working hours
