We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
• Act as single point of service contact to quick solve client’s query and provide consistent high service quality to client.
• Improve customer satisfaction through responsive and responsible servicing approaches; quick query and complaints resolution.
• To understand customers’ day-to-day banking activities and operational needs so as to perform insightful reviews to streamline customers’ processes.
• Retain revenue and achieve business growth of portfolio, and collaboration with other stakeholders (eg. Sales, RM) to deepen share of wallet (where possible).
• Cross-sell and increase wallet share for Global top tier clients through identifying opportunities and pass on leads for complex/regional deals to related stakeholders.
• Strengthens relationship between the Bank and the Global top tier clients.
• Improves the Bank’s competitiveness in the payments and cash management market.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years proven and progressive cash management experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial cash management and electronic banking products, especially financial institution clients’ cash management products.
• Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
• Ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of running a business
• Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
