We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will:

·  Release train engineer for the Enterprise risk management will be helping us with transition to VS mapping and also execute on PI Planning
·  Responsible to bring in maturity in agile ways of working 
·  This role demands responsibility for prioritizing the work with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements, establishing and managing the pods, Technical leadership, and ITSO responsibilities. 
·  Responsible for the Architecture refinement, Automation, adoption of DevOps practices in line with the technology roadmap 
·  Responsible for running and owning PI planning and execute on its goals.
·  Focusing on pace of change and overall stability of production to bring down RTB costs significantly
·  Identifies and manages resource requirements that will build effective multi-disciplinary teams
·  Sources team-members from appropriate channels, balancing cost, quality, and internal capability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Expertise in complete software development life cycle process which includes requirements analysis, design, development, testing, Implementation, maintenance and support.
·  Experience in Enterprise  Risk Management and Operational Risk and domains
·  Experience in design of team structure and Pods
·  Experience in running all agile ceremonies
·  Experience of working on CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, Ansible or similar tools.
·  Leading and mentoring developers in achieving project timelines and help them to produce quality code based on standards and providing technical solutions to critical issues.
·  Responsible for team member code reviews, provided guidelines, and followed SDLC for the life cycle of the project
·  Passionate about new technologies/innovations happening around. Constantly upgrades knowledge on latest technologies and standards
·  Ensuring the Technical standard and coding practices are followed in the deliveries.
