We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Work Location: Pune

  In this role, you will:

·  Drive the implementation and rollout of projects for Global Payment Engine across regions (EU, UAE, NA, AP, China). Lead the Implementation runbook preparation, implementation, and post implementation activities.
·  Act as single point of contact and management escalation for all the activities required for the product rollout. Create implementation task for each of the changes in the release from respective technical teams
·  Engagement of required and relevant teams required for implementation well in advance. Follow up and make sure Change Record / Change Order / Implementation requests are fully approved and resources interlocked by the supporting teams.
·  Regular meeting with Release and Project Manager to inform them of the progress or any identified risk or issues. Secure the required environment for dry run for the production implementation and rehearsal of the roll-back plan
·  Prepare the total outage plan of the system and provide it to Change ManagementRelease ManagerProject Manager
·  Represent the change approval board, regional implementation change committee and payments change management board and regional / global CIO change boards for the change approval. Prepare implementation communication plan for all the Support team, Stakeholders, Senior Management etc
·  Execute and control the implementation plan on the Live date, Issue Check points, Prepare Implementation Issue Log Conduct Go Calls before the release for everyone agreement. Conduct Go Call Post release updating issue in hand secure sign off from Software Delivery / Change Deliver / Business Heads or teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Proven experience on driving release management, product rollout, production implementation, preferably in banking domain
·  Excellent communication skills, to be able to work with multiple stakeholders – technology teams, partner systems, business, and IT service
·  owners, change delivery managers and release managers.
·  Working experience in orchestrating and delivering in a matrixed organization
·  Strong technical understanding of an end-to-end application components including front end/middle ware/ backend / database and connectivity with other applications.
·  Planning and Organization Skills
·  Strong leadership, Effective communication, Negotiation Skills,  
·  Risk Management and monitoring performance.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

·  Experience in handling Implementations in Payments Area
·  Open to working in UK/US shift, weekends, when required.
