We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Test Analyst - HR TRANSFORMATION_CHINA.
Principal responsibilities
· Supporting the Test Manager in delivering a clear test strategy and plan within tight project timelines.
· Preparing, managing, and coordinating testing across various phases, including iterative testing, UAT, SIT, and Service Rehearsal testing.
· Collaborating with team members and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are successfully tested and validated with stakeholders.
· Contributing to User Acceptance Testing and Service Rehearsal Testing phases, including preparation, end user training, and execution.
· Building positive relationships with business stakeholders and programme team to maintain alignment and open communication.
Requirements
· Experience of testing in a large-scale transformation environment and / or deep knowledge of recruiting processes and systems.
· Ability to adapt, learn and effectively prioritise in a constantly evolving environment.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to review and digest detailed requirements into clear and concise test collateral.
· Motivated self-starter with a commitment to high-quality test preparation and execution.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
