We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Delivery Lead.
Principal Responsibilities
· Working alongside the Global Head of Product Delivery and the wider Fund Services and Trustee team, create, execute and oversee workforce strategies across the Product Delivery function, in adherence to the objectives across the Securities Services value streams
· Work intimately with Product Management, Product Solution, Client Delivery, and Operations to design and enforce target state operating model in alignment with the Future State Architecture
· Take lead in resolving active client remediation programs, removing manual processes and EUCs, through automation, digitisation and implementation of control & governance into the target state operating model
· Dynamic planning, reviewing and rebalancing of resources and budgeting across work streams to ensure efficiency and delivery against prioritisation
· Effective reporting of project timeline, milestones and OKR outcomes to project sponsors and outcome owners across value streams
· Carry out initial assessment / analysis into new product initiatives to determine the most appropriate programme set up and team design, effectively utilising talent across SITE and Global Servicing Centres
· Lead programme mobilisation and determines ‘landing’ slot based on supply and demand management
· Drive governance that is accountable and meaningful, supporting delivery and aligned with Group practices
· Oversee Product Delivery Risk Management review updates and is the main contact for any audit exercises, including implementation of improvements where required
· Participate in RFP responses and client facing engagements as required, on behalf of Product Delivery
· Promote an environment of inclusion, diversity, collaboration and trust within the Group, helping teams to define the plans and to remove their barriers to delivery

Requirements
Knowledge
· Financial Services experience, specifically senior change/operational role(s) in Securities Services or other relevant delivery function
· Management of change, transformation and operations within a Securities services and/or IT environment
· Change delivery practices including a working knowledge of a range of delivery practices including agile methodology
Experience
· Leading and motivating high performing delivery teams in multiple locations both on and offshore
· Influencing and negotiating at Director and Managing Director levels within a similar commercial environment
· An innovating thinker in touch with the latest technologies developments and an ability to challenge ways of working and think Agile and Continuous Improvement
· Inspires trust through credibility evidenced via exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
· Strategic thinker with ability to execute strategy through to delivery outcomes
