Job description
The Premier Relationship Officer role is based within Premier, Wealth Management. The role of the Premier Relationship Officer is to providing support to a team of Premier Relationship Manager's, managing portfolios of high value clients where professionalism and client focus are critical to the success and a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Building an on-going relationship based on value and service
Provide outstanding customer experience to affluent clients
Support Premier Relationship Manager’s to manage client contact and service, resolving client enquiries on transactional needs
Prepare and complete documents, manage data input and report generation, ensuring documentation adheres to regulatory requirements
Liaise with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirements
Desired profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. working as part of a team of Premier Relationship Managers providing support and superior service to highly affluent clients.
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Retail / Premier Officer.
Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of core Retail and Wealth products, Premier proposition is desirable but not essential.
A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service.
Achieved objectives and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same.
Good spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
Worked collaboratively with others colleagues, supporting them when possible.
Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience.
Experience of planning and prioritising their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently.
Experience of building effective customer relationships which create customer advocacy.
