Desired profile

You'll play a key role within our UK Contact Centre, speaking to existing customers and helping them with their servicing enquiries, delivering an excellent service. It's all about taking personal ownership for our customers' issues – understanding their unique situations and reacting with efficiency, fairness and positivity to maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services.

If you're a customer-focused individual, ready to go above and beyond to make banking better, this is a great opportunity, in an exciting team environment. You'll also support your colleagues by coaching and guiding less experienced team members, and identifying opportunities to improve our existing processes. We're looking for driven professionals, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships, whilst being an ambassador for M&S Bank.

In return, we'll do everything we can to help you thrive in our sociable working environment. We'll give you plenty of support, with 6 weeks of part-time comprehensive training, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring to grow your knowledge of our products and services.

Just follow the link to begin your application. You'll need to create a profile and complete an online judgement test, so you can get a feel for what the role is really like. If you're successful we'll arrange a telephone interview to get to know you better before arranging a face-to-face interview.
We welcome applications from all people, regardless of sexuality, disability, age, race or gender, with the aim of creating an environment of respect and support, enabling everyone to achieve their best.

The base location for this role is Chester Business Park.
