Within Wealth and Personal Banking, the Consumer Assets team is responsible for improving portfolio profitability and achieving growth objectives for all lending products in Asia-Pacific, including credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts and mortgages. Operating in several strategic markets across the region, the division is a key contributor to the profitability of the HSBC private wealth business.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Credit Card.
Principal Responsibilities
· Assist in formulation of card acquisition strategy to deepen market penetration and grow market share
· Develop marketing campaigns to boost up new cards intakes with clear proposition at a cost efficient manner
· Manage and liaise with acquisition channels to ensure marketing programs are smoothly executed and acquisition targets are on track
· Drive customer journey enhancement with digitization and collaborate with other business units to develop superior end-to-end customer experience across channels and customer touchpoints
· Initiate delivery planning, P&L forecast, requirement scoping, card scheme negotiation, risk clearance, product commercialization and coordination work with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth project delivery to achieve the business goals
· Support day-to-day business and operational tasks including cost control and monitoring, development of project proposal and management reports, liaison on customer enquiries and complaints etc.
· Work closely with Risk team on credit refinement and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Requirements
· University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
· Work experience on credit card is preferred. Experience in digital projects or analytical areas would be a plus
· Strong business acumen and project management skills
· Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
· Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
· Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
