We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Business Analysis and Testing (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

·  Advise relevant parties including vendor and pension administration colleagues to formulate business and technology solutions to facilitate eMPF migration
·  Collaborate with users and IT to define an optimal and efficient migration process
·  Document the scope of all related business requirements, relating to each deliverable facilitating migration
·  Implement and support eMPF Migration
·  Support users to embed new process, if any, for migration
·  Developed procedures for migration execution

Requirements

·  MPF knowledge is preferrable but not necessary
·  Independent and complete tasks within given time frames
·  Innovative and challenge the existing practice for continuous improvement and efficiency in migration
·  Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions acceptable to all parties
·  Possess a high level of flexibility in the approach and must be able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
·  Detail-oriented with good analytical reasoning
·  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
