We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities
WCL Portfolio Support
· Analyzing portfolio performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to ITPM.
· Resource funding and budget management: collaborate with ITPM to guarantee that all necessary resources are adequately funded and that billable products adhere to budgetary allocations.
· Budget Interlock and resource allocation: Ensure that the budget is correctly synchronized with the forecast in GPDM, confirming that there is adequate funding to meet project demand.
· GPDM maintenance and Variance Control: update GPDM in accordance with planning, ensure that there are no discrepancies in the data.
· Resource timesheet Monitoring: Keep track of resource timesheet to confirm accurate booking of time and effort, and ensure that billing is processed without delays.
Other Portfolio support
· WCL Direct cost.
· Accountable for managing, tracking, and variance explanation of Direct Cost forecasts, actuals and working budget.
· Accountable for managing, tracking, and reporting Workforce forecasts and actuals. Interface with COO to ensure Workforce forecast and actuals are within the constraints of the AOP.
Requirements
· Thorough understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviors, processes and objectives.
· Ability to handle data and perform system maintenance.
· Being able to quickly and effectively find solutions when problems arise.
· Clear and effective communication is needed whether communicating with team members or stakeholders.
· Understanding of financial planning and budget management.
