We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Project Management Officer.

Business: Group Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Financial management and reporting
• Planning and resource management (internal and external resourcing) inc manpower planning
• Pro-active robust management of Data Analytics portfolio of initiatives
• Regional coordination for IT COO, Business Management & PMO related activities.

Requirements

•This role requires strong financial knowledges and deep understanding of how each system works in Financial Planning area.
•This role requires a self-starter with strong change delivery skills, who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines  
•Structured and organised leader with strong project management, Financial Management, Workforce management and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•A natural leader who can inspire and motivate those around them
•A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can manage stakeholders in a complex matrix organisation.
What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications)
• Outstanding project and programme management experience, which include communications capabilities, decision making and problem solving skills, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience in leading management information and analytics projects of various sizes, through the full project lifecycle – including detailed system/ software lifecycle, across multiple clients, with multiple teams, vendors, interfaces and stakeholders involved 
• Experience in managing programme budgets of ~5m+
• Excellent analysis, design and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organisational, planning and management skills 
• Good financial management experience (experience of managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets)
• Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
• Proven experience in setting up PMO structures within IT, and strong understanding of organisational effectiveness
• Good understanding, or ability to grasp, HSBC Group cost centres and financial procedures
• Extensive experience of programme/project reporting to senior business and IT management 
• Proven experience in setting up PMO structures within IT, and strong understanding of organisational effectiveness
