We’re seeking a Delivery Manager to join our Messaging team in Poland on a permanent basis. You’ll support two pods (Front-end and Back-end), enabling predictable delivery and strong transparency across the global Messaging team within Digital Platforms, IWPB Technology.
You’ll work closely with the teams in Poland and partner with the SVS Delivery Lead and Global Delivery Lead to ensure progress, RAID, dependencies, and release readiness are clearly managed and visible end-to-end.

What you’ll do

·  Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies for a Front-end and a Back-end pod (Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Review, Retro) so they’re prepared, focused, and outcome-led.
·  Coach pods and stakeholders on pragmatic Agile ways of working, strengthening collaboration and continuous improvement.
·  Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers to keep the backlog “ready” (clear priorities, scope, acceptance criteria, and dependencies).
·  Drive a predictable delivery rhythm across front-end and back-end pods, ensuring realistic commitments, transparent tracking, and consistent execution.
·  Provide clear delivery visibility to the wider global Messaging team (sprint goals, milestones, status, confidence, and upcoming work).
·  Manage cross-pod dependencies and sequencing to enable smooth integration and reduce delivery friction.
·  Own RAID for both pods and remove impediments through proactive coordination; escalate early with impact and recommended options to support timely decisions.
·  Maintain strong Jira discipline and produce dashboards/metrics (cycle time, burn-up/down, predictability) to improve flow, reporting, forecasting, and release readiness (including IWPB WoW/release process).

What you need to have to succeed in this role

·  Proven Delivery Manager and Scrum Master experience in Agile technology teams.
·  Experience running multiple pods/teams in parallel with clear cadence and delivery focus.
·  Strong RAID management; able to remove impediments and escalate constructively.
·  Confident stakeholder management, including senior delivery leadership (e.g., SVS/global leads).
·  Advanced Jira skills (boards, dashboards, reporting) driving disciplined tracking and transparency.
·  Skilled in capacity planning and delivery forecasting in iterative delivery models.
·  Nice to have
·  Knowledge of IWPB Agile ways of working and the IWPB release process.
·  Experience working with global platform teams across distributed stakeholders and time zones.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 16 000 PLN – 20 000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
