Your career opportunity
The Business QA AI Specialist supports the delivery of high-quality digital solutions by combining QA automation expertise with emerging AI-enabled testing capabilities. The role focuses on improving test efficiency, coverage, and quality across web and mobile platforms. Supporting the adoption and ongoing enhancement of the Change Execution AI Assistant (CEAIA).
This individual works closely with Business QA, Technology, QA, and Delivery teams to strengthen automation capability, explore AI Agent use cases for Business QA, and improve the stability, reliability, and effectiveness of test execution across digital delivery programmes.

What you’ll do
• Support QA automation delivery across web and mobile platforms. Partner with business, technology, QA and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage and quality.
• Contribute to digital delivery by applying automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
• Explore and support AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift.
• Assist in resolving automation issues and improving test stability and execution reliability.
• Support the adoption, use, and continuous improvement of the Change Execution AI Assistant (CEAIA).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver automation outcomes aligned to project priorities, timelines, and quality goals.
• Support continuous improvement of test approaches, tooling, reporting, and quality engineering practices.
• Contribute to the adoption of scalable and maintainable automation solutions across digital products and journeys.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery or change management.
• Practical experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and/or Android, using tools such as Appium.
• Good programming skills in Java and/or Python. Good understanding of test automation, testing lifecycle and quality engineering practices.
• Awareness of automation framework design, maintenance and reporting.
• Experience in AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing.  Understanding of how AI can enhance QA processes, productivity, and test effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, control, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of automation tooling and test execution practices across digital channels.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and support collaborative delivery.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 10 733 PLN – 14 000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
