Job Contents:
- Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations, and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports 
- Foster positive client relationships.
- Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
- Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal /  external parties.
- Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issue.

Information

- Bachelor degree or above with major of business related
- Extensive knowledge and years experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking
- Good communication and management skills
- Trust professional licence is preferred plus preferably SITE professional licences.
