We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Financial Services Officer.
Principal Responsibilities
· Adhere to all regulatory requirements and Collection Operations policies and procedures
· Pursue delinquency and charge-off accounts by making telephone calls, understand customer’s situation, negotiate and arrangement suitable treatment for those customer who are facing financial problems
· Handle outbound and inbound collection calls
· Handle customer’s feedback and complaints in relation to collection action and 3rd party collection agencies (DCA)
· Handle DCA case assignment, payment and relation operations
· To handle monitoring the DCA action which is follow the bank guideline and comply the industry regulatory
· Determine or initiate appropriate actions to ensure the efficient and effective progression of a specific collections process flow in order to deliver professional service to our customers
· To handle loss recovery process and write off process and prepare the related statistics
Requirements
· Candidate with proven knowledge in credit control
· With experience within the banking and financial sector and knowledge in collections process flow and collection system
· With good command of English and Cantonese
· Confident in handling outbound and inbound collections call and possesses good negotiation skills
