Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Purpose of the Job:
- The Premier Elite is a strategic priority for HSBC and the role of Elite Relationship Officer is a key supporting role in the achievement of the objectives.
- The jobholder is expected to support Elite RMs to gain more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with HSBC.
- This role is a part of the Elite relationship team and a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier Elite clients and increase Elite Relationship Manager's (Elite RM's) client facing time.
- The role provides dedicated support to a team of Elite Relationship Managers (Elite RM) in the overall achievement of their income plans (covering acquisition, cross sales, retention, and growth of their portfolios) and day-to-day contact with their clients in the delivery of the proposition objectives.
- In order to deliver client centric service, this role is identified as a point of contact for clients and in the absence of the Elite RM, this role will be the first point of contact for the client.
- In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of banking products and services across wealth and retail.

Key responsibility of the Job:
- Provide high quality sales support to a team of Elite RMs mainly focused on getting appointments for Elite RMs and supporting Elite RMs in servicing their clients.
- Reduce the time spent on process and administrative tasks by Elite RMs to increase Elite RMs’ capacity.
- Support Elite RMs to meet customer expectation in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism of response, to achieve agreed KPI objectives and expectations.
- Provide sales support to Elite RMs, including to prepare and complete sales documents and to manage data input and report generation.
- Effective use of tools and information to deliver satisfied clients service with expected result .
- Assist Elite RMs to ensure multiple channels fully utilized by customers.
