We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Culture and People Experience Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Assist in implementing the staff communications strategy and plans across Distribution and uplift communication effectively and efficiently through continuous improvement
·  Responsible for supporting the effective landing of care and conduct culture across Distribution
·  Support to establish communication channels and deliver communication pieces to build awareness, increase transparency and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the milestone on demand
·  Support in establishing, operating, and improving the people voice gauging and feedback system across Distribution to achieve the best people and customer experience
·  Ensure smooth delivery of staff engagement activities and recognition projects and events
·  Responsible for survey planning & execution, result analysis, and report compilation
·  Maintain contact with Distribution staff and suppliers to identify and to support the communication of business performance, status, and potential risks

Requirements

·  University degree holder or above
·  Proficiency in Chinese and English languages, both in verbal and written
·  Good knowledge of contact centre and/or retail branch environment, operating rhythm, technology, and frontline lifecycle.
·  Experience in analysing, gauging, understanding, and improving people sentiment at the site level
·  Strong in project coordination & management, presentation, communication materials design and interpersonal communication
·  Creative, bold, and brave to speak up
