We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

Ø  Develop, implement and monitor the execution of Employee Value Proposition of the region

Ø  Improve the overall staff experience by regular staff talk with key roles like RM, CDO, PRA, UB etc.

Ø  Organizing regular staff engagement activities

Ø  Understand business requirement and deliver the HSBC culture

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Ø  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ø  3 to 5 years working experience in related area/or progressive services and/or retail sales experience

Ø  Professional qualifications as appropriate to market

Ø  Strong communication, Training or equivalent experience.

Ø  Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system

Ø  Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services

Ø  Able to communicate well in English and local languages
