We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist .
Business: Markets Sec Services Tech
Principal responsibilities:
· Work with Tax Ops team within Markets Control Tech to develop, implement and support Operational projects and all associated environments, including supporting and coordination of business users, vendors and hardware/software requirements.
· Provide technical expertise for the design, development, implementation, maintenance (including evergreening), incident management, system recovery and support of Tax Ops platform and technical estate.
· Focus on performance improvement with the full automation of DevOps processes and procedures.
· Support concurrent projects that vary in scale and complexity to meet changing objectives.
· Stay abreast of technology trends and help IT and the business about potential benefits/impacts.
· Ensure adherence to Risk and compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy.
· Ensure There are robust controls around Tax operations processes and Data.
· Work with various cross functional and cross location teams.
Requirements
· Proven experience of data engineering using Python.
· Familiar with different data processing tools e.g. pySpark and Python Pandas
· Proven experience of ETL frameworks e.g. Apache Airflow
· Advance SQL skills
· Proven experience of developing APIs using python API frameworks e.g. FastAPI, Flask or Django, Knowledge about microservice.
· Proven experience of in influx DB or Grafana or loki other monitoring tools.
· Proven experience of using Kubernetes, Docker and CICD tools such as Jenkins and excellent with groovy script.
· Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
