Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Communications Lead (2 year Fixed Term Contract) .

In this role, you will:
· Lead the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies aligned with programme objectives
· Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define clear programme narratives and tailor key messages for different audiences including external candidates
· Create and deliver dynamic, multi-channel communication campaigns that engage stakeholders and drive positive change
· Own the programme communications plan, ensuring targeted outcomes and alignment with overall programme goals
· Establish and implement a framework to measure communication effectiveness, integrating feedback for continuous improvement
· Coach and collaborate with HR and programme leaders, enabling them to bring the communication strategy to life
· Work closely with the Change team, overseeing a Change & Communications consultant to ensure alignment and execution
Requirements
· Extensive skills as an internal communications professional, with experience of working in a global or matrixed environment
· Skilled in delivering communication strategies for large-scale transformation programmes
· Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills, with a reputation for producing compelling and creative communications
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities, skilled in producing high-quality content across diverse formats
· An understanding of change management principles and tools, and proficiency in applying them
· Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Influencing skills and ability to understand the nuances of different cultures and communication needs
