The Operational Management function provides support to the Head CRE and the Head of Operational Management across all of their areas of responsibility. Operational Management (OM) delivers and contributes to policies, processes, procedures, and tools for their implementation and management in CRE, working with Global Functions such as Finance, HR or Strategy & Planning where required. The OM Team will drive continuous improvement across the CRE structure in areas such as Governance and Risk Control Operations, Change Execution, Financial Management and People.
This role is responsible for the Financial Management to all CRE areas.
The role holder will be continually:
· Working under pressure and within an environment with a high volume and diverse activity across the HBMX real estate portfolio, all of which must be adequately controlled and operated within Group financial, planning and quality parameters
· Ability for planning, data analysis and reporting
· Adopt a wide range of new systems and processes.
· To interact with internal parties at all
· Provide administrative support to the Head of Operational Management
· Management Information – produce accurate, timely and robust financial planning, management, tracking and reporting of the Function’s budget
· All ROP/AOP activities undertaken in line with Country and Global Finance expectations/timescales
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration
· 3 years of experience
· Finance
· Financial Reporting
· Budget review management
· Forescast
· Financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning
· Awareness and understanding of internal controls and operational risk environment.
