We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
· Lead & participate in Trellix & Broadcom DLP infrastructure upgrades, configuration, support and maintenance.
· Participate in Daily, weekly and bi-weekly Agile stand-ups and ceremonies.
· Participate in long term planning and roadmap development for products managed by the team.
· Develop deployment plans and manages the upgrade of all Trellix & Broadcom DLP endpoint agents.
· Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Trellix & Broadcom DLP related technical escalations internally and with Vendor.
· Ensures that Trellix / Broadcom DLP infrastructure meets the service availability metrics by monitoring Trellix / Broadcom DLP client healthiness, performance tuning and capacity planning & troubleshooting complex issues.
· Support Operations teams in the trouble shooting of major incidents challenging cases to include joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for resolution.
· Develop new DLP policies, reports, dashboards or fine-tune already existing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Extensive IT background with ideally 5 years of strong Broadcom and Trellix knowledge with proven experience in supporting agents on Windows and MAC OS endpoint infrastructure in large enterprise environment.
· Experience in troubleshooting Trellix & Broadcom DLP products.
· Demonstrated experience in managing Trellix ePO
· Excellent knowledge of Windows server and desktop OS (Windows 10 & 11).
· Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner depending on the audience.
· Strong sense of ownership & urgency, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, flexibility, sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures & policies.
· Knowledge of Service management techniques including incident, problem, change, release management
