Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Brand Marketing.
This role is part of the Marketing Communications and Campaigns team, which ensures that all activity, regardless of channel, is strategically aligned and cohesive. It also sets the direction for the Marketing Communications and Campaigns planning for our Marketing teams around the world, to ensure that the campaign plans are clearly aligned to business, customer and brand objectives. This team is responsible for the development and implementation of all regional and global campaigns and gives guidance to countries on local campaigns, sharing best practice and ensuring that all activity is developed within the consistent global framework.
Responsibilities:
· Planning, executing, and improving marketing campaigns and activities to deliver the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy such as Indonesia Masters and Indonesia Open Sponsorship Campaign and Events, Co-branding Campaign (such as Plaza Indonesia & HSBC Partnership Campaign), and Wealth Product Campaign (e-IPO, new product launching, etc)
· Understanding local and global campaign guideline, develop strategy, and working with and guiding Marketing staff and officer in market to ensure that the HSBC brand is promoted in a cohesive and consistent way, using the agreed campaign assets, and supporting materials produced
· Monitoring and evaluating brand metrics such as brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and equity, and continuously improve the campaign strategy
· Becoming the email marketing and social media strategist to communicate to our customers
· Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and effectively managing agency and supplier relationships to maximize service delivery
Information
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing Management
· Min. 7 years of experience in brand management & marketing; with min. 2 year of experience in Leading a team.
· Min 3 years of experience in developing brand strategy.
· Have an excellent understanding of Financial Industry and Banking Products (Minimum 3 years working experience in Banking Industry)
· Fluent in English are mandatory.
· Has experience in adapting and localizing global brand campaigns from planning to execution would be plus point.
· Digital marketing skills and knowledge especially for Instagram
· Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking
· Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
