We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior IT Project Manager.

Principal responsibilities
· Support various key programs embedding operational resilience framework into control
· Lead the design and continuous improvement of the control, aligning with regulatory requirement and industry best practices, ensuring that all relevant standards, policies and procedures are met
· Conduct in-depth review of the effectiveness of existing control, identify gaps, and recommend enhancement to mitigate identified risks
· Provide subject matter expertise to and advise colleagues, supporting the identification of appropriate review scope and delivery of assurance activities
· Providing recommendations to improve and streamline the delivery of assurance activities
· Ensuring effective relationships with 2&3 LOD and Other Risk and Control teams
· Inform Risk Owners, Control Owners and Risk Stewards of the design and operational effectiveness of the controls, escalate significant control deficiencies in a timely manner
· Ensure that reporting is efficient, pertinent and addresses stakeholder needs and Regional/Group requirements
Requirements
· Previous experience in Risk Management and control operation within a global organisation, working across cultures
· Strong knowledge of control standards and best practices on operational risk management including ability to assess risk trends
· Experience in IT recovery strategy and requirement
· Good knowledge of the external environment
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to Senior Management using simple language
· Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Proven ability of organisational planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving

· Provide training, guidance, assistance, and knowledge transfer among team members.
· Strong network connection globally
· Experience of leading a large scale IT Project delivery would be an advantage
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
