We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Business Planning and Channel Performance.
Principal Responsibilities
· The incumbent is responsible for strategic planning and analysis to support Distribution channels in achieving key financial objectives
· You will be working closely with local and regional stakeholders and will be supporting the delivery of key business objectives of Distribution channels
· You will be providing performance analytics and ensuring that business strategies are well planned, executed, and tracked
· The role also requires you to provide regular and independent review of the sales performance and to pro-actively highlight risks areas due to changing business conditions. This includes developing and implementing sales plans, which involve review of sales capacity, leads quality,sales conversion rates, projected sales volume and costs
· You will be involved in establishing and overseeing systems for sales and service activities, which include the review of sales processes as well as seeking alternatives to increase efficiency and/or reduce operational costs
· You are also expected to drive projects that will further enhance the existing management information infrastructure within Distribution channels
· Serve as focal point on business data requirements, ensure robust monitoring and management of productivity, sales activities, customer contact initiatives, sales forecasting, and facilitate channel calibration
· Prepare and develop high quality MI to drive business objectives in line with performance framework and guidelines
Requirements
· University degree in Accountancy, Business, statistics, computing or a related quantitative discipline
· Prior experience in management information as well as knowledge of financial products and services is required
· Exposure to business areas which are commercial oriented and bottom line-driven
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications
· A team player who is highly numerate, analytical and possess strong commercial acumen and drive
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with Senior Management
