We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Relationship Manager .

Principal Responsibilities

·  Support Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service to customers
·  Develop and grow robust relationships with new and existing customers through outreach activities, timely handling of referrals, and finding right solutions for customers
·  Assist Relationship Managers to handle the assigned portfolio including but not limited to non-financial risks and regulatory compliance matters
·  Provide administrative support to the assigned team, including but not limited to managing expense reporting, coordination of meetings, and consolidation and vetting of reports

Requirements

·  Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills
·  Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a timely manner
·  High level of customer-centric mind set with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services
·  Excellent team player with strong motivation to grow existing business and win new business
·  Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with additional proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
·  Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
·  Fresh university graduate; or candidate with less than two years of work experience at any financial institution
