Principal Responsibilities
· Support data policy and standards implementation
· Facilitate the delivery of data initiatives (across the project lifecycle accordingly to data strategy, policies and standards
· Assist tracking/monitoring Group control with Localized handling on specific entity level control
· Work on control implementation, operation with effectiveness remediation with Emerging Risks identification including DMOV/DUSE/DSTO/DPRIV
· Support data risk & controls assessment (RCA) and KPI setup & reporting
· Work with the country teams to identify business data issues and leverage the Data Management Framework to resolve these issues.
· Understand business process and requirement to facilitate tactical and strategic data analysis
· Participate in system launch/ enhancement and provide input
Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above
· Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in banking industry and exposure to project management or data analytics preferred
· Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese
· Strong MS Office skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
