TDC Operating System Environment team within HPE Hybrid IT organization is looking for an exceptional engineer to work on our state-of-the-art system software & infrastructure design for Hybrid Cloud & HPC systems. You’ll be working as part of a highly skilled engineering organization in the exploration, design, and implementation of new ideas that will drive the future of HPE’s technology and business.

Responsibilities:

·   Work within a highly skilled engineering team to design and implement low-level OS/Infrastructure technologies like virtual memory/filesystem optimizations for HPE Hybrid IT infrastructures.
·  Drive performance features and improvements across organizations that will surprise and delight our counterparts and customers.
·   Open to Kernel/BSP engineers who may not involve in performance engineering before, but have strong interests and commitments on this field.
·   Open to both architect-level senior engineer with track records and new grad. with solid academic publications.

Job Requirement:

·  Strong performance analysis skills and a passion for using statistics to describe/solve problem and design benchmark.
·   Deep understanding of C and any performance monitoring tool (e.g. FTrace).
·  Genuine passion for low-level/infrastructure technology (e.g. Linux or BSD kernel engineering).
·  Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
·   Excellent collaborative skills including written and verbal communication.
·  Knowledge of modern computing architecture (e.g. memory, IO & interconnection) or workload behaviors (e.g. memory access patterns & performance-boundary) are highly desired.
