Description

·  Managing daily training delivery operations and logistics
·  Learning Management System course, class, and student data entry, preferably Litmos experience
·  Vendor invoice and royalty reconciliation
·  Support the instructor staff logistics
·  Roster management and attendance verification
·  Exam Management
·  Class schedule management including class cancellation communication
·  First point of contact for instructors and HPE portfolio managers
·  Interface with the Education Registration Desk
·  Resolve customer issues
·  Class survey management, preferably Qualtrics experience
·  Course launch support
·  Provide weekly reports (registration, accrual, vouchers, etc.)

Ability to speak and read fluently in Spanish Ability to create a positive customer experience Strong collaboration skills Ability to work with little direct supervision Effective at solving problems and issues Good business and escalation judgment Good understanding of the basics of business Solid understanding of the corporate training and education business High attention to detail Organized Excellent communication and writing skills

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree preferred

3+ years training and education logistical support experience
