The Team Leader for the Order Care organization works in an European, multicultural and dynamic business environment, ensuring support for Operations and Sales organizations by effectively managing customer and partner orders.

Main responsibilities:

·  Review team KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed
·  Support the team in finding efficient and timely resolutions to the open cases aligned with KPIs
·  Present monthly KPI evolution to country management
·  Represent the team in various forums and initiatives as designated by the direct manager
·  Act as coordinator for the team's projects and initiatives
·  Act as first escalation point for the country management and sales teams
·  Act as first point of contact for prioritization requests coming from the team
·  Act as primary source of information for IT issues and their resolution
·  Manage process gaps in the team
·  Act as delegate for the direct manager, as previously agreed
·  Participate in the hiring process, together with the direct manager
·  Ensure business continuity in the team during vacation periods and bank holidays
·  Assess and assign the workload within the team ensuring a proper balance

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor's degree in Economics or IT / Master's degree is a plus
·  Solid background in customer and sales support
·  Minimum 1 year experience in team coordination
·  Previous experience in working with multicultural teams
