Country Strategy, Planning and Operations lead support our management and sales professionals through the design, implementation and operational execution of our business, processes and tools.

In a typical day as a Sales Strategy & Planning (SS&P) Country lead, you would

·  Lead define, manage, and evaluate business and operational plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives.
·  Understand/document/report out of local market dynamics (invest/disinvest areas, consolidations, ) and how this might impact the GTM.
·  Be pro-active towards sales management and sales teams go to push / lead / drive a sales team.
·  Typical day is not all operations (important) but way more like getting alignment, putting creative solutions, drive/take decisions, solve issues, etc.
·  Translate both regional and local country strategic plans into tactical plans at an operational level together with the management.
·  Develop and execute overall sales operations framework, including forecasting.
·  Lead and partner with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models.
·  Prepare comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, follow-up guidelines.
·  Ensure that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders.
·  Own the readiness cycle as this is critical and consumes quite some time within one year – and is critical.
·  Set business metrics, evaluate actual performance, and support business leaders.

·  are able to evaluate, select, and create forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational activities.
·  are able to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at business.
·  have 2-x year experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area and hold a University of applied sciences or equivalent education.
·  have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English language.
·  have good analytical, statistic, problem solving skills and ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
·  manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.
·  work independently to construct to support business performance.
·  have good analytical thinking, technical analysis, and extensive knowledge of Excel skills.
·  have ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
