As part of the HPE CV team, you will work on storage management and integration projects, and network infrastructure specifically in the area of cloud software. You will apply your deep understanding of cloud and network technologies to maintain and enhance network infrastructure for the Cloud Volumes services that span across private and public cloud providers around the world.

Requirements:
· Experience designing and architecting network solutions that leverage Cloud Provider and on premises features and equipment
· Configuration and deployment experience with: AWS Technologies such as EC2, ELB, VPC, DirectConnect
· Configuration and deployment experience with: Azure Technologies such as VMs, ExpressRoute, VNets
· Learn by staying up-to-date on relevant developments related to AWS and Azure
· Working experience with the configuration and management of Cisco routers and switches, A10 load balancers and Palo Alto firewalls.
· Working knowledge of network concepts, technologies, terms, tools and devices such as but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, WAN/LAN implementations, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Ethernet.
· Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
· Understand of High Availability concepts, their implications for networking, and how to design fault tolerant networks
· Strong technical foundation in a number of the following tools and technologies: Windows and/or Linux (Ubuntu/Debian and/or RedHat/Centos/Fedora)
· Logging and monitoring using: Rsyslog, AWS CloudWatch Logs, Prometheus, New Relic
· Work with remote help to manage physical infrastructure in remote sites
· Participate in a rotational on-call roster
What you need to bring with you:
· Experience designing highly available and scalable networks
· Experience with layer 2 switching and SVIs
· Experience with protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, Link Aggregation Protocol, Cisco Virtual Port Channel
· Experience with tcpdump, iperf, wireshark
· Experience configuring Linux hosts
· Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex routing and switching problems spanning multiple switches and hosts
· Ability to troubleshoot network performance issues using performance monitoring tools
· Willing to help out with rack and stack if needed
· Knowledge of Bootstrap, Foundation or Material Design and experience with building a custom design system
· Motivated to work as part of a broader team to deliver HPE CV services with great user experience
· BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of software development experience with storage or networking systems a plus
