Organization:

SAP HANA Center of Excellence (CoE) is a part of Customer Solution Center organization. SAP HANA CoE provides infrastructure-level solution support on HPE ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA for our customers base spread around the world. The support on ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA is delivered by CoE,  a tightly knit global team of engineers working from various locations around the world.

Job Description:

HPE ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA is an integrated appliance consisting of SAP software, Linux operating system, Servers, Storage and Network switches running mission critical in-memory database. Selected candidate will be aligned to Support Team responsible to  work on reactive break-fix cases for all sub-systems of ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA for aligned its customer base. They will be supported by other SAP HANA CoE colleagues by means collaboration in their effort to resolve customer issues. In this endeavor we are looking for a suitable candidate with relevant technical skills and with an ambition to grow with us. He/she should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a globally diverse, high performance team that provides 24x7 support coverage to its customer base. The applicant need to be highly Customer Focused and Solutions Oriented, have ability to visualize customers landscape while working on support cases. Applicant should be self-driven and should have willingness to learn new, evolving technologies.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Experience: 3+yrs experience in Technical Support
·  Technical Skills & Exposure:
·  Applicant should have Troubleshooting Skills on one or more technologies – Linux OS/Servers/SAN/Storage/Networking
·  Applicant with experience/exposure to managing databases; any exposure to ConvergedSystem will have added advantage
·  Commitment and attitude to deliver high quality solution support
·  Ability to work in shifts-based model that provide 24 X 7 coverage
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
·  Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
·  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
·  Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
·  Superior customer service skills.
·  Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience and knowledge .
·  Understand the customer to be an advocated for the customer.
