 SAP BRIM Implementation for HPE’s digital transformation.  This position will focus on implementing XaaS business models using BRIM.  Come be a part of using the latest SAP technology and modernizing HPE’s processes and user experience!

This position requires XaaS business knowledge, direct interaction with business and functional teams, hands on system development expertise of UI5/Fiori. 

As a technical member of the SAP BRIM team you will assist the HPE XaaS team in planning, delivering and managing large, complex full life-cycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of transforming the business into new XaaS business motions.   You will be responsible for leading, designing, building and delivering such initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

·  System Design, Development and Integration:
·  Building transactional UI5/Fiori applications focused on performance, resiliency and user experience
·  Extending and Enabling Fiori applications
·  Theming applications
·  Design scalable and sustainable SAP solutions, considering system integration, performance, scale, resiliency, and overall system architecture.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
·  Technical Leadership:
·  Participates as a member of and leads cross-functional development teams. Performs analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
·  Ability to work e2e from solution architecture, technical design to development.
·  Performance Optimization:
·  Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system performance and responsiveness.
·  Conduct regular reviews and assessments to optimize the SAP landscape and infrastructure.
·  Collaboration with Stakeholders:
·  Work closely with functional team to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and perform fit/gap analysis to standard SAP.
·  Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to align technical decisions with functional requirements.
·  Hands-On: Perform hands-on development aligned to user experience, functional needs and platform standards

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

·  Minimum Bachelor's degree
·  7 years of building UI5/Fiori applications including two transactional applications
·  Have advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including GitHub

Qualifications:

·  Development:
·  Ability to build full scale transactional UI5 applications
·  Ability to implement and extend Fiori / UI5 applications
·  Proven experience as a SAP developer with a track record of successful SAP large scale implementations that demonstrate resiliency and performance optimization.
·  SAP technologies:
·  Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM
·  In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, including Fiori, CDS, BPT.
·  Communication:
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
·  UX Design:
·  Ability to apply templates for unified user experience
·  Experience in considering design factors to create high end applications that delight users and are easily maintainable by operations
·  Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments.
·  Experience in developing applications that are mobile enabled
·  Ability to make strategic decisions and provide guidance on technology-related matters.
·  Perform hands-on solution design, development and implementation tasks including prototyping, proof-of-concepts, as needed to support projects and programs.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

·  Hands-on experience in implementation of Fiori apps
·  Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
·  Hands-on experience in development with SAP UI5, Fiori, Fiori Elements
·  Extensive experience in SAPUI5, SAP FIORI/UX, SAP UI5 MVC Framework, OData, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML, Mobility, ABAP S/4 HANA, ABAP CDS Views, ODATA, and SAP Net Weaver Gateway Service Builder
·  Hands-on experience in developing custom SAP UI5 Apps using Custom Views, Controllers, JSON Model, ODATA model, Components, Internationalization, Manifest file configurations, Data Binding, fragments, formatters, and Navigation and Routing concepts using SAP BTP, SAP Web IDE and SAP Web IDE Full-Stack Tools
·  Experience with Fiori Launchpad Designer, Catalogs, Groups, and Porta
·  Experience with ABAP Development tools in Eclipse environment
·  Experience with Chrome/Edge debuggers
·  Experience with Mobile App development including SAP Fiori for iOS/Android
·  Must know how to implement CI/CD practices
·  Having experience in the BRIM Subscription to Cash process with knowledge of specific flows of the e2e subscription process is an added advantage
