Your Role:

Sales Operations Analyst to monitor performance of Partners in line with different schemes & levels HPE offers. Candidate should have broad understanding of Sales business process, and how different Processes & IT Systems enable end deliverables. Partner Performance Monitoring is primarily thru a Check Engine tool, and the candidate must be well versed with SQL to update and manage the tool. Previous experience on Analytics and Process Improvements would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

·  Work with Project Lead for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support across multiple segments and business areas.
·  Manages and expands relationships with internal and external partners and clients for quality audits, quality management and building quality culture.
·  Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and initiatives into sales operations tools and activities

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
·  Typically 4-6 years experience
·  Experience on Robotics & Automation practices
·  Proficient in process improvement Well conversant on Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), Business Excellence frameworks.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
·  Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Mastery in English and local language.
·  Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
