Aruba, a Hewlett-Packard Enterprise company, is looking for a Regional Systems Engineer Wireless LAN (WLAN), experience presenter and discussion leader to drive the Aruba focuses discussions with customers, partners, and collaborators in the Singapore Executive Briefing Center.  The right candidate will be comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization (CEO down to individual contributor) and be able to understand and present technical details of Aruba solutions.

In a typical day as a Regional Systems Engineer Wireless LAN, you would:

·  Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet a customer’s business needs.
·  Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction.
·  Provide the deepest level of product and technology specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations.
·  Aligned to specific products or product-lines.
·  Support the Regional Systems Engineer team for WLAN
·  Manage the New Product Introduction training
·  Support the Regional WLAN Category Manager and all of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) from a wireless LAN perspective
·  Design unique and compelling scenarios to highlight product features.
·  Build a compelling narrative that connects the stories together.
·  Enable local staff to deliver discussion in your absence and continue themes throughout the rest of the day
·  Working with Experience Briefing Center (EBC) team to build meeting agendas that meet Customer and Sales requirements.
·  Interface with Aruba Customer Experience Center staff at Aruba Headquarter in Santa Clara to decide how to implement Aruba experiences in Singapore and how to add them to the discussion.

If you have...

·  Technical background and can drive the design, installation, and integration into the presentation for new features, products, and solutions.
·  Around 5 - 10 years experience in customer facing roles – Sales, Marketing, Product management.  Any related role where you are used to listening to customer requirements and providing solutions to match them.
·  Experience in designing unique and compelling scenarios to highlight product features
·  Technical skills to design Network, IoT, and Smart Workplace demonstrations.
·  Extensive knowledge in Aruba WLAN
