Overall Operation Involvement High Level Summary:
·Level 1 Regional escalation contact and local monitoring with ADP for countries on Processing Service model
·Act as regional single point of contact (SPOC) for IT and HR teams on Change Request and Service Request management
·Act as regional payroll governance and engagement SPOC across functional teams
·Responsible to support operations in resolving level 1 transactional issues without dependencies
·Accountable and responsible to support country operations in performing root cause analysis for process related issues
·Perform business process analysis and work with IT to re-design and automate business processes
· in process efficiency to help improve business control
·Analyze and understand process specific challenges, performed complex analysis and design and recommended solutions based on best practices within and outside the organization
·Support operations and domain team in escalation management, responsible for escalation tracking for sharing within the region
·Drive, standardize, track and share payroll KPIs and metric reporting within the region

Details:

Deep Support
·Provide Deep supports to all 17 APJ countries in terms on process, operation and project issues and concerns.
·Initial contact for APJ Payroll teams for deep support to troubleshoot issues before logging tickets to IT or vendor.
·Review and analyze system and data fall out from Global Payroll & Global View and Workday reports.
·Guide and train payroll teams to run Workday reports.
·Local Chinese language support for CHN and TWN

New Initiative and Service Request (SR)
·Act as regional single point of contact (SPOC) for IT and HR teams on Change Request and Service Request management
·Assist with determining and gathering new requirements or additional fields to be added into Workday reports
·Gather and review country's SR for quarterly release.
·Meeting with countries to understand the changes or new requirements needed.
·Prioritize all SR and submit to IT for review.
·Submit and review CR with Global team.
·Review Product Requirement with IT and payroll team.
·Conduct UAT review meeting and getting sign off.

Operational Review with Vendor (ADP)
·Conduct Country meetings to review issues prior to submission to ADP Gather list of country items and issues and present to ADP Service Manager for discussion and / or resolution.
·Attend operation review meeting for HKG, TWN, KOR, CHN with the ADP service manager

Daily / adhoc operation activities
·Manage bonus payment instructions from BU, HR and TR.
·Participate as Regional Engagement Lead in POR project activities, enforce regional standards and expectations where needed
·Recommend process improvement and share best practices across APJ countries.
·Keep abreast of HR changes and evaluate impact on payroll systems and processes with HR and Payroll IT
·Quarterly collection for the VPB / PFR eligible earnings.

·Project management
·Work on test strategy, test plan, test cases and provide dashboard updates
·Provide guidance to project team on operation process and documentation
·Coordinate with IT and HR teams on UATs, Dry Run, MTP and data validation
·Drive Management of Change activities
·Support the business users on post goes live production support for 2 months
