This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

HPE's Legal division applies legal knowledge to complex business transactions. Our mission is to contribute to HPE's success by providing proactive, practical and timely legal advice and contractual support to enable our clients to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction. An integral part of HPE, we work in areas such as Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethics, Antitrust, Commercial Law, and Litigation to name but a few.

Responsible for the effective execution of procure to pay strategies outlined by stakeholders across all three regions, in accordance with HPE's procurement policies and procedures, and in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs. Responsible for end-to-end procure to pay activities such as PO creation, invoice reconciliation and approvals, timely payment release to suppliers, monitoring PO consumption, troubleshooting PO, invoice, and payment related issues, supporting month end financial closures, and driving continuous improvements to streamline, standardize, and simplify the end-to-end process.

How you'll make your mark:

·  Provides procure to pay support to internal stakeholders, managing their end to end internal purchasing requirements

·  Provides Procurement & Financial process support to internal HPE stakeholders.

·  Perform historical spend analysis to determine PO value

·  Create purchase requests in Ariba

·  Reconcile and approve invoices

·  Periodical PO reconciliation

·  Troubleshoot invoicing and payment related issues by collaborating with Accounts payable team

·  Track invoices and prepare monthly / quarterly cross charging files

·  Perform Month end closure (MEC ) and Quarter end closure (QEC) by posting JV / JE entries and accruals

·  Prepare and publish monthly data and report performance metrics

·  Drive continuous improvements by collaborating with stakeholders and external partners

·  Lead complex projects

About you:

·  Bachelors degree Finance, Supply chain, Administration.

·  2-5 years of experience

·  Familiar with an operational role

·  More finance focused than supply chain profile on Procurement

·  Good knowledge on the financial systems to manage the month end activities.

·  Strong communication skills

·  Strong customer management skills

·  Strong analytical skills

·  Good project management skills

·  Strong knowledge in Finance & Procurement tools and processes

·  Microsoft proficient skills

·  Flexible on global time zones

·  S4 and SAP - Desirable
