Global Shared Delivery Supply Chain (GSD SC) organization is in charge of delivering spare parts for support and direct business world-wide. HPE Global Shared Delivery is relying on those to support our customers and our channel partners.

Making sure that we deliver the right part at the right place, at the right time, at the right cost, and with the right quality is our mission. Meeting HPE contractual commitments (warranty or service contract) or direct customer expectations is our day to day business.

The role of the Order Management Specialist is to ensure orders are fulfilled according to HPE commitments and operations are delivered accordingly to the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). He/ She will support Team Lead and Manager in daily operations and management of customer escalations which are communicated via the Workflow management systems to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. This involves managing every aspect of the set processes within the team, understanding the customer criticality, exploring all possible resolutions, and following up to ensure the part is received on time and is of the quality expected from HPE.

How you'll make your mark:

Understand, Meet and Exceed customer expectations.  

· 
Participate in the design & implementation of new processes and procedures.

· 
Give proposals for operational improvement / optimization.

· 
Participate in daily/weekly/monthly monitoring and reporting of the actions plans and actions taken.

· 
Work on non-standard Order Management Specialist requests and escalations, ensuring E2E monitoring, follow up and coordination.

· 
Manage customer escalations as 1st Level Escalation support.

· 
Build and maintain relationships with our customers and business partners.

· 
Build and maintain relationships with internal groups to optimize customer satisfaction.

About you:

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field

· 
Require 2 years of work experience

· 
Supply chain and/or customer service experience

· 
Fluent in written and verbal English

· 
Analytical & Conceptual skills

· 
Customer Knowledge

· 
SAP

· 
MS Office
