Our Enterprise Group (EG) combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions.

Set and maintain quality standards for company products through the use of systematic processes. Develops, modifies, and executes software test strategies, plans and suites. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. May develop tools and environments to automate test execution. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.

Responsibilities:

·  Plan, document, design, and execute test covering manual and automated tests of storage systems.
·  Coordinate with team and execute test cases regarding functional correctness, load, stress and stability tests.
·  Work with developers to analyze test coverage, gaps, failures, and isolate root cause.
·  Plan, coordinate, and configure enterprise class storage networking infrastructure.
·  Develop and enhance automation tools to improve QA processes and test coverage.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
·  Typically 10+ years experience.

Requirements:

·  Understanding of block and/or file system storage concepts.
·  Understanding of storage data protection concepts and efficiency features such as snapshots, replication, compression, and dedupe.
·  Understanding of storage protocols such as iSCSI and FC along with error recovery techniques.
·  Strong debugging and problem isolation abilities in a complex storage networking environment.
·  Strong understanding of QA and release processes.
·  Networking knowledge in areas such as TCP/IP and networking infrastructure.
·  Comfortable working in Linux, Windows, and Vmware environments.
·  Must have strong knowledge of Shell, Python, and/or Perl scripting.
