In this amazing role, you can make your mark by executing operational activities related to quote, price and you will deliver support for the Sales & partners by providing support on pricing & tool inquiries . How you’ll make your mark:

·  You will provide assistance to partners regarding price inquiries, by e-mail / telephone on the indirect market route (RTM)
·  You will proactively collaborate with partners to pursue open / unfinished applications
·  You will carry out operational activities that lead to the approval and closing of offers
·  You will identify training needs for partners based on questions and interacting with them and ensuring the delivery of training in collaboration with the departments involved.
·  You will act as a first point of contact for partners in the field of pricing
·  You will assist new employees upon request with the completion of mandatory training / tasks in the New Employee Orientation Program. Provides support and ensures that new employees are fully integrated into the team.
·  You will participate in meetings regarding changes / updates of tools, products and / or services and acts accordingly

About you:

·  You will be educated to bachelor’s degree level with basic knowledge of sales/customer support
·  You will be customer oriented – always keep in mind the customer’s needs
·  You will have general computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook
·  You will have ability to take initiative and develop solutions
·  You will have strong analytical skills
·  You will have ability to work under pressure
·  You will be fluent English knowledge, another European Language would be an advantage
·  You will be oriented towards continuous improvement
