Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is currently hiring a Marketing Intern for the Information and Management Governance team based in Cambridge, MA. This is for the summer. The candidate will be working on customer surveys and assisting with improving customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities :
· This person will be handling different areas in customer satisfaction status from surveys to measuring the satisfaction levels.
· There will be training provided on products and about measuring customer satisfaction
· Work and collaborate with a team and managers on customer's satisfaction rates
· Compare and organize this year's surveys so to tabulate the results
· Customer surveys -This person will be reviewing last year's surveys
· Survey delivery - Send out a survey to customers and find ways to get our top customers to respond
· Survey results – Be able to contact the customer directly and find out how to improve our services
· Aligning customer satisfaction through a measuring system to show customer's status
· Dashboard used will need to be reviewed, investigated for accuracy and verified if it is representing the customers accurately.
· Propose recommendations to improve the response rates to division managers

Requirements :
·  Must be currently in a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related
·  Must be graduating after August 2017
·  Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
·  Strong presentation skills is needed for this position.
·  Must be able to commute to Cambridge, MA, relocation assistance is not provided
·  Must have working knowledge of surveys to measure customer satisfaction levels from class projects or work experience
·  Must have some experience presenting results

Preferred
·  Ability to understand statistics
·  Ability to analyze market segments
